McCain Global Leaders Program 2026 (Fully Funded)

    The McCain Global Leaders Program 2026 is a fully funded international leadership initiative designed for emerging mid- to senior-level professionals who are actively working on global and regional challenges. The program is organized by the McCain Institute and aims to prepare leaders to respond effectively to today’s complex global environment.

    This prestigious leadership program selects 25 participants from around the world and groups them into regional cohorts. Fellows engage in both regional and global activities, allowing them to connect with professionals in their home regions while becoming part of a diverse international network of leaders.

    Participants will carry forward the legacy of Senator John McCain by promoting freedom, democracy, and human rights. The program welcomes applicants from all educational and professional backgrounds, regardless of gender, ethnicity, disability status, or political perspective.

    Throughout the 12-month program, fellows will take part in a combination of in-person and virtual sessions. The leadership curriculum focuses on peer mentoring, ethical leadership, and collaborative problem-solving. International study visits, including travel to Vietnam and other global locations, are also included.
